Finally, they express themselves

As the clouds loosen their binds

Cascading down freely on the earth

The rivers, lakes and ponds in anticipation

For the rains to finally fill the vessels

Lifelines almost on the verge of collapse

Is revived with the abundance of rain

Skies have finally listened to the pleas

It’s time to get drenched and make merry

Walking in the rain has been an indulgence

Lifecycles spinning fervently with hope

It rains and replenishes our dreams here

Rains give a new lease of life, new beginning

Walking through the water curtains

Every drop brings to life this soul in waiting
