One can dream of traveling with the winds
They visit from nowhere with fresh messages
The trusted interlocutor
Ask about the teacher who sends words of wisdom
Seeking nothing in return
Only keen ears and open minds to comprehend
Truth is never easy to accept
Heart may sigh and turn away for a while
Never mind, the wind will visit again
Universe is compassionate towards the laments
Patience is the virtue of nature
It takes time to vision the world with philosopher’s eyes
Folklores are not popular
Lost somewhere among the overpowering noises
The winds still carry the passionate knowledge
Tradition of storytelling is not obsolete
When one can dream to invite the messengers
Travel eternity with the beautiful stories on life
Essence of every soul of nature is resurrected
Dreams are real when you believe
I wait for the winds to visit me
They can be mischievous and test my patience
Trust in nature’s benevolence
Traveling through eternity is a dream
Mother Nature won’t disappoint her child©
This is a beautiful poem as all your poems!! Got a very soothing and calming feeling to it, can almost feel the winds softly breezing by 🙂
Btw I think there’s a bug in WP, the likes I’m making on posts are disappearing including this one 🙂

Thank you so much.
Nature has stories to tell or rather unravel the mysteries of existence to keen listeners. Wind being the messenger to awake us from a slumber.
WP continue with continuous development of the interface and settings to enhance interaction, so it could be a temporary glitch.

Nature’s willing to communicate, yet, we turn away our senses towards busyness.

Thanks 😊true!i agree with you..no one have time to spend with themselves and how can they communicate with nature? Everything is materialistic and it’s need to be changed. That change even should be felt in each person’s heart!

Exactly, no amount of preaching or words of wisdom is going to make a difference, until an individual feels motivated from within to seek positive change.

Hi Amitav, you heard and captured the softly whispered message by the wind and transmogrified it in such a wonderful poem.
It is not easy to see the natures beauty, to hear its soft murmur, while caught up in the daily trivial tasks.
Have a pleasant afternoon.

This one is a real beauty Amitav. As I was reading this , the wind was gently flowing in and the curtains swaying in merrily. I need to tune myself to follow the whispers of the wind 😊

Being so caught in everyday mundane tasks, we hardly appreciate beauty of nature, the same nature which if we can truly feel and respect fills us with bliss.

I agree with you. We forget to concentrate on our breathing, the same air which keeps us alive. I wonder if we really concentrate even a fraction of a second thinking of the fact that we are here because of nature and not the other way round. Most of time we are just caught up in a huge circus (if I may put it that way).

Yes, I read sometime back that if we adopt the right technique of breathing, half our ailments will be set right.
