Trees may be silent, but always hardworking and resilient
Their sways may seem to be too prosaic for the busy world
Rarely some restive soul wishes to listen to the silent poetry
Of profound rustles and conversations with the playful wind
It gathers inspiration from the various stories of distant lands
Motivating an entire ecosystem of roots to evolve every day
It’s amazing to feel that assurance from those who stand still
~Amitav
It’s lovely Amitav. Yes, trees have a not so silent presence. We just have to keep quiet and breathe them in. I hope you’re well, and it’s nice to read your thoughts again. I’m teaching full time this semester, but life is good. Take care.

Thank you so much, Sharon. Lovely hearing from you after a long time. 🙂 Yes, you are right, nature’s full of stories and in silence we can hear them. It’s always a pleasure reading your comments. My best wishes for you, and it’s nice that you are teaching full time. Take care.

I love it when you write about nature. It is so cold and dark in the UK. It makes me feel like it is Spring again.

Just imagine the eternity of the beauty of nature and colour the landscape with them. There you shall see Spring emerge across the horizon. 🙂

This is beautiful. If only we could all realize that we, too, are trees!!!
