How it Starts

A morning diluted with an extra dosage of bitterness

Its fate is decided by the incidents that a world experiences

Throughout the night, of relentless pain on humanity

Honey, for extra sweetness, crystallised and quite stubborn

What yields of nature, of which humans too, have done?

The weather, the patterns of cynical transformations

Roots deprived of nutrition and the soil of ancient toil

News knocks on the door and casually strewn all over

The newspapers, in sinister dyes, narrating horrific stories

Stifling air, stressed children, future in peril

What are they going to be schooled in?

Travel sickness, pressures to learn by rote, and follow

In a matter of fact way, the morning becomes dizzy
