What Happens

The walls isolate the precious feelings from being maligned

Sometimes, it is peaceful staring at the blank walls… time plays no role

A stubborn clock makes some feeble noise- but I am a failed timekeeper

I insist the silence stay a little longer; before noises smear the moment

What do I embrace during these endless contemplations?

Some new thoughts troubled by the past… yesterday’s indifferences awaken

The world perceives isolation to be empty moments- it is a fallacy
