The Unreasonable

That intense euphoria may not be what it seems to be

Consisting of extreme sadness, exaggerated by a faulty reflection

It becomes difficult visualising the entire canvas… the unreasonable fusion of colours

Alone, it dawns with a gloomy truthfulness- the stark reality of grief

Upending an entire life with a mere push of impulsiveness

Everything that once had splendour is covered with an incoherent sheet

Of useless dreams; torment, and the ability to absorb melancholy

Without feeling biased towards the persistent state of existence
