Let Life Arise

Why let Winter have its hold on frozen wings

And not allow Spring to awaken every bud of dreams

Or, summer witness the sparkling feelings flow happily

Hibernate too long for comfort to avoid the warmth

Shy away from delight and pain needle every little hope

Frozen feelings and wings numbed by prolonged cold

Dreams die prematurely gasping for moments of sunshine

Dare to drink from the flow of life and satiate the  thirst

Wings would like to shelter life within the wingspan

Nurture every little dream and watch them blossom 

Let go of winter before hibernation becomes confinement

Let life arise and breathe in the purity of life with freedom©
